In response to the urgent needs for improved operational efficiency, energy conservation, and intelligent management in current urban environmental sanitation operations, KAILION has launched a smart sanitation solution centered on new energy and intelligent connected technologies. This solution aims to address issues such as high fuel consumption, difficulty in supervision, and limited equipment availability in traditional sanitation operations.

The solution adopts a work platform made of high-strength insulating materials, with an insulation rating of ≥35kV, meeting the safety standards for live-line work at 10kV and below. The hydraulic insulated arm system is equipped with a leakage detection and alarm device that monitors insulation status in real time. Multiple safety features — including a dual emergency descent system, collision avoidance warning sensors, and tilt protection devices — provide comprehensive active protection for construction personnel throughout the entire operation.

The smart asphalt distributor is specifically designed for the construction of prime coat, waterproofing layer, and tack coat on the base layer of high-grade highway asphalt pavements. It can handle various materials such as modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt, and is also suitable for layered paving construction on county and township roads. The equipment adopts fully automatic thermal oil heating technology to improve thermal efficiency. Through computer-synchronized control of pump speed and vehicle speed, the spraying accuracy is kept within ±1%, and the deviation of the spraying volume can be controlled within ±0.07 kg/m².
